In the southern Burgundy region, the Secret Chalet is located in the heart of Brionnais. Discover this haven of peace with breathtaking views of the lake and Saint-Avoye chapel, free from noise pollution, in its private park surrounded by greenery, lawns and fruit trees. In the heart of La Clayette and with no neighbours, you will have 2,200 m² of enclosed land at your disposal. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

At the top of this space, the Secret Chalet has been completely renovated in a contemporary style, around its main 1970s structure.

The chalet is composed as follows:
Ground floor
- A closed bedroom with dressing room and king-size bed (180x200)
- A bedroom-office with a king-size bed (180x200), opening onto the outside through a bay window overlooking the park
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
The coolness of the two bedrooms offers unique comfort during hot spells.

First floor
- A main living room with air conditioning, featuring a lounge area with TV, sofa bed, desk and wood-burning stove.
- A bright, open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace, not overlooked, with a view of the lake. At your disposal: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... .
- A pretty little open mezzanine with a double bed (140x190) and a skylight for stargazing.
- A spacious shower room and separate toilet complete this floor.

For your comfort, you can enjoy the following facilities: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- A beautiful 2,200 m² north-facing garden enclosed by a stone wall. The property has a large orchard with a variety of fruits depending on the season.
- Two large terraces on the first floor, one 36 m² facing east with a magnificent view of the lake; the other 16 m² facing west, both without any overlooking neighbours.

The chalet is ideally located in the centre of La Clayette, close to the castle and all amenities, in a very pleasant environment. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Take a stroll along the Chemin des Acacias, a peaceful forest walk above the chalet.
- Enjoy a walk along the lake to the leisure area and relax at the municipal swimming pool with its view of the water.
- Go hiking to the Dun chapel, perched on an ancient fortress offering an exceptional panorama.
- Visit the grounds of La Clayette Castle and explore the splendid Drée Castle, just 4 km away, in the heart of the gastronomic Brionnais region.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park in front of the chalet. Two free car parks with electric charging stations are also available 150 metres away.

- Nearest airport: Lyon, approximately 114 km away, 1.5 hours by car
