Acerca de este alojamiento

Côté Nature - LA CHAPELLE SAINT SAUVEUR

  • Charming traditional 19th-century Bresse house with character, carefully restored, housing 4 gîtes - featuring a beautiful swimming pool (2x5m) complemented by a large pool house with summer kitchen & mini gym and a garden including ping-pong table, swing-slide & badminton/volleyball net - located in a quiet area in the heart of a typical small village (with a rare natural body of water developed into a "biological swimming area") 6 km from the charming market town of Pierre-de-Bresse (numerous amenities including 2 supermarkets & renowned ecomuseum nestled in a sumptuous 17th-century castle). In the heart of the Bresse countryside, a soothing, preserved setting of bocage plain mixing agriculture & nature between meadows, forests, rivers & bucolic ponds, largely protected as a ZNIEFF & Natura 2000 Zone (for its very rich ecosystems), very close to the first wooded foothills of the Jura massif as well as the banks of the Doubs (protected natural site, paradise for fishermen as well as nature lovers). Along the routes of several marked footpaths (a very extensive network of marked hiking trails known as "green walks" crisscrossing the area, to be explored on foot or by mountain bike) and the "Cycloroute 71" (Tour of Saône-et-Loire by bike), 19 km from the Voie Bleue along the banks of the Saône (adjacent to the EuroVelo 6 cycle route), 20 km from the GRP of Bresse Comtoise (connected to the GR59), 23 km from the Verdun-Ciel river marina (nestled at the confluence of the Saône and Doubs rivers), 20 km from the Voie Verte de la Bresse Jurasienne, 26 km from the Voie Verte "Voie Bressane" (connected to the Voie Verte of "La Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud"), 26 km from the Voie Verte de la "Voie du Tacot" (serving Beaune), about thirty Kilometers from the first vineyards of the Jura and about fifty kilometers from the vineyards of the Chalonnais, intersecting those of the famous Côtes de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune (various wine routes to discover, including the "Route des Grands Vins" and the prestigious "Route des Grands Crus," passing through the legendary wine villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, etc.). On the edge of the Bresse Bourguignonne – birthplace of the famous AOC Bresse poultry – at the crossroads of the Jura and Côte d'Or departments, not far from the Chalonnais, the Tournugeois-Clunisois (designated a "Land of Art and History") and the Beaune region. Ideally located for exploring several departments: 25 km from Seurre, 26 km from Louhans (capital of the Bresse region), 38 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (a designated "City of Art and History"), 39 km from Lons-le-Saunier, 41 km from Dole (also a designated "City of Art and History"), 46 km from Cuisery (one of only 8 French "Book Villages"), 46 km from the medieval town of Romenay, 49 km from Beaune, and 51 km from Tournus. The property's four cottages (including cottages #3197, #3198, and #3271) can be rented together, accommodating up to 15 people. A perfect base for a relaxing break in the countryside with family or friends! A fantastic spot for children! Lovely 19th century Bresse house of character with traditional brick architecture, carefully restored, located in a quiet area in the heart of a peaceful & charming little typical village, on the edge of a wooded meadow opening onto the communal fishing pond directly accessible (carp & pike among others...). Nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside, in the hollow of the verdant lower Doubs valley, not far from the first wooded mountain foothills of the Jura massif, La Chapelle-Saint-Sauveur benefits from a soothing, gentle, preserved countryside (partly protected in ZNIEFF), combining "full nature" & agriculture, nestled in the hollow of a bocage plain dotted with bucolic ponds & beautiful wild forests and has a leisure center with a very famous "natural" lake converted into "organic swimming". Very comfortable cottage. Warm country character with contemporary accents mixed with some rich traces of the original building (elegant "checkerboard" tiles on the kitchen side). Cozy & exotic atmosphere. Large private terrace, partly sheltered, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Shared swimming pool area (2x5m) with a large pool house (with summer kitchen, WC & equipped mini gym). Pleasant natural garden including ping-pong table, swing-slide & badminton-volleyball net. Bonus: access to an old cellar converted into a relaxation area to cool off in the summer. Composition: House comprising 4 gîtes. Wifi (fiber). Electric heating. Shared washing machine (laundry area on the 1st floor). Gîte on the ground floor: kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / electric bed 2 p. 160x200cm / double bed 140x190cm) including 1 PMR with TV & private bathroom (shower/WC), shower room (shower/WC). Terrace (on shared mini-courtyard) + private parking. Garden (ping-pong/swing-slide/badminton-volleyball net) + swimming pool (2x5m / pool house) + shared cellar. Shops including supermarkets 6 km.
