Less than a 2-hour drive from Nantes or La Rochelle and 30 minutes from the Niort TGV station, the Villa de la Boissière is designed to host special events: birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, or bachelor/bachelorette parties; It can accommodate 30 people and is set back from the nearest neighbors (300 meters). It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: a large garden with a spacious terrace, a barbecue, a beautiful 8-meter-by-4-meter pool, and basketball and beach volleyball courts! But it also features a dining room where you can dance and party thanks to the wall-mounted speakers, as well as a living room/game room with a pinball machine, darts, a poker table, a beer pong table (without the cups), and—best of all—a karaoke room!

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, parties... and noise disturbances. Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or use the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others. Check out our FAQ to learn more.
