On the ground floor, you will find a living and sleeping room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a dining table, and access to a roofed terrace. A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and is complemented by a private shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped and opens onto the living area, while a separate shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a second bedroom offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and opens directly onto a furnished balcony. A third bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 190 cm. A bathroom with bath and WC serves the upper floor.
