This unique property includes both **Witte Manor**, our four-bedroom main home, and **Witte Wonderland**, our separate one-bedroom apartment above the detached garage. Together, the two spaces provide five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two kitchens, two laundry areas, multiple living spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The approximately 2,300-square-foot main house offers a warm, welcoming place for your group to gather. Prepare meals in the full kitchen, enjoy coffee or conversation around the dining area, settle in for a movie night, or spread out among the home’s comfortable living spaces. Four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms give families and groups room to enjoy time together without feeling crowded.

Just steps away, the private upstairs apartment offers an additional bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living area, television, dining or workspace, and stackable washer and dryer. This separate space is especially convenient for grandparents, adult children, couples, remote workers, or members of your group who appreciate a little extra privacy while remaining close to everyone else.

Outside, guests can enjoy the backyard, BBQ area, breezeway, patio table, and outdoor seating. Guests booking The Witte Estate will have private use of both the main house and the upstairs apartment during their reservation. Please note that stairs are required to access the apartment, and there is no elevator. The detached garage, owner storage areas, locked closets, and marked private spaces are not included with the rental.
