Individual bedrooms are very spacious and some of them are the size of two bedrooms actually. The house is perfectly laid out for up to 16 guests !! All bedrooms have smart TVs and private closets. Common areas also have TVs.

This house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and hence loud or late-night parties are not allowed per city ordinance. The guest is expected to respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors at all times.

•• Private 8-person 90 Jet Outdoor Hot Spa** located in the backyard. To recover the high energy costs of heating the water, there is a nominal $50 per night. It will be charged only if a guest wants to add this amenity to the reservation and accordingly water will be set to a heated temperature before arrival. By default, the water stays cold.
