Maintained cross-country ski tracks are just 200 m away, the Ski-Bus stop is 100 m from the door, the SALE Ruka Market is about 1 km away, and Ruka`s central square and ski slopes are both 2.5 km away.

The apartment is arranged over two floors, with the living spaces and one bedroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms plus an open hall upstairs.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor has a combined kitchen and living area warmed by a fireplace, with a Smart TV, CD player and radio for quiet evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave.

Bedrooms & Loft: The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed (120 cm wide), and the upstairs hall holds two separate single beds (80 cm each) — sleeping up to 8 guests in total.

Bathroom & Sauna: The shower room houses your own private electric sauna, along with a shower, a washing machine and a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. There is a separate indoor toilet.

Outdoor area: The apartment has its own parking space with a car heating outlet and an eParking slow charger for electric vehicles (3.6 kW), operated either locally with a timer or through the eParking app. A firewood shed is on site and firewood is included.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
