Excellent hotel! Food, service all. The location is not very good, however it is close to the main avenues (by walking) and a very nice park. Kind of far if you plan to go to Ephesus

The room had an obvious plumbing issue in the bathroom, which caused unpleasant odors. I requested a room change, but the staff refused, even though Expedia showed that other rooms were available. The only solution they offered was to spray an air freshener to temporarily mask the smell, without addressing the actual problem. Additionally, the drinking water had a very high mineral content, leaving noticeable limescale, and only one small bottle of drinking water was provided in the room. A disappointing experience, especially for a four-star hotel.

Escogí este hotel por las fotos, pero la realidad, es otra, las habitaciones, no son tan grandes, ni cómodas como se ven en las fotos. El personal es muy atento y prestan muy buen servicio
