"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. One thing I found inconvenient was that they don't provide complimentary water, so if you want drinking water, you have to use a water dispenser in the lobby."

"Delightfully friendly and kind hosts. Very clean place. Simple rooms, with everything you need, and shared washrooms. Nice breakfast. The shuttle to the lift is nice (although also easily walkeable in 10-15 minutes). The onsen bath downstairs is a definite bonus."
