(Little things like laminated cabinet by door starting to peel.) Not a great neighborhood in terms of places to walk to. Beach is a 45 minute walk even though it looks like you are close by. "This is very much a hidden gem. It was like a little oasis. We especially enjoyed the pool, hottub and jacuzzi. The place was very clean and the area very quiet. The host was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."
