"This property has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and is across the street from the ocean. This is a quiet location close to an aquarium and numerous restaurants in Carolina Beach. The host answered our questions promptly and was easy to communicate with. The only problem we had was that the elevator wasn’t working. This unit is on the fourth floor and difficult to access due to having a baby with us. I noticed how high the HOA fees are here so I’m surprised they haven’t had the elevator fixed...

"This was a much needed vacation for my husband and we came along for the ride. Pleasantly surprised how amazing the view was to wake up too and during sunset. Also so close to many kid friendly activities that made my life easier as a mom. We didn't want to leave. Beds were very comfortable. "People should be aware of big rock outcrops on water’s edge. If kids or others go in at high tide where rocks are covered, it is dangerous. Can’t swim in front of condo so you have to move up or down beach. Otherwise it’s a nice place. I would rent again.
