"Very good location, great staff, clean, the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars si that the walls are not soundproof and could hear everything from the room above, unfortunately we had very noisy people there as well. Other tgan that it is an excellent hotel, especially if you are in transit through A3"

He is motivated to artificially inflate the price and the bill did not match the online price. Very shady. Best part of this hotel is the proximity to the hospital."

"The location could NOT be better! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and spoke fluent English. The lobby area was inviting and clean. We ended up in a room with an absolutely magnificent view, overlooking the Beautiful Fountain. "Es war insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Parkhaus direkt gegenüber, somit fällt die lästige Parlplatzsuche weg. Die Zimmer sind nicht unbedingt modern, aber dafür sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Das Frühstück war richtig gut! "Sauberes Zimmer aber der Teppich gehört erneuert bzw raus. Das wirkt immer schmuddelig besonders da auch Hunde in dem Hotel erlaubt sind. Bett bequem, Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Direkt an der U-Bahn Station 3 Haltestellen bis ins Zentrum."

"Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Durch die Verbindungstür hört man alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer, als wäre die Person im eigenen Zimmer. Das Personal ist Nachts nicht darauf eingegangen. Beim CheckOut wurde eine Entschädigung angeboten, die bisher nicht ankam. Und auf Email wurde nicht reagiert. "Staff was amazing and very well positioned property. The only constructive criticism is if you are claiming to be environmentally conscious property with your initiative, i.e: low pressure showers and offering not to change towels and clean the room daily, don’t charge the same fee for guests that support these initiatives versus the guests that do not. Please have some skin in the game before touting green initiatives for your guests."
