"Really disappointed with our stay due to a couple of reasons. First of all, both bathroom lights (mirror light) were faulty, which made it extremely difficult to get ready as there wasn't any additional mirror available in the room that could have been used. We checked in almost midnight, hence couldn't be bothered to go downstairs again to swap rooms. Neither was there any telephone available in the room so that I could have connected to the reception to convey my concern.

"We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location-very walkable to all the highlights of Stockholm, as well as major shopping, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room appeared freshly updated and extremely clean. The cafe downstairs is adorable and wonderfully stocked. Would highly recommend and would stay again. "
