It would even be better if the following can be improved: In-room switches - I am not sure if it is the switches ' probelms or my problem but I can never turn it on or off by one time. "We love staying at the Penang Marriott. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We always book a Club Room and find the staff who serve there absolutely A1, truly a home from home! Hats off to Samson and his team. He is a smashing fellow, very engaging and could not do enough for us, when we were in the Club. The Marriott are lucky to have him.
