You live in a comfortable 3-room apartment of about 68 square meters, which is located on the ground floor and has an underground parking space (maximum car height 1.80 m). The living room is equipped with a kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster), comfortable sofa, stereo and TV. From the living room you enter the terrace, which invites you to relax. A bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. Wi-Fi available for free. Non smoking apartment!Arrive and feel good !!!

The apartment complex 'beach road 31 "was built in 2003 to 2004, the style of resort architecture and consists of two residential and commercial buildings. Due to the central location in the district East, you can reach in a short time many restaurants and shops, which invite you to stroll and linger. Also, a physical therapy practice with foot care and effECTive® Device Training is just minutes away from that facility. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.   For the way to the sandy beach and the pier, you need walk only 5 minutes. From there you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the harbor. In just a few minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn East, where the bus station is located.      All apartments have an underground parking space and balcony or terrace.  Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. Sehr gut für ältere Personen da alles ebenerdig war. Mitten in der Stadt . Kurzr Laufwege.

Aufenthalt war gut, das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Sauberkeit soweit ok, aber in den Ecken, unter den Betten oder Schränken wurde lange nicht geputzt. Dusche auch nicht die Sahne. Spinngewebe an den Decken. Das Beste, für Entreinigung über 100 € bezahlt und dann soll man lt. Abreisecheck noch die Betten abziehen, allen Müll entsorgen (was man versteht) und das Objekt noch reinigen! Wofür habe dann die 100 € bezahlt? Aber sonst war alles i.O. Wohnung hatte Vollausstattung. Uns hat es gefallen!

Es war nicht nur die Ferienwohnung super, auch Kühlungsborn hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt sehr viele öffentliche kostenlose Sanitäranlagen, die fast alle in einem guten Zustand waren. Man kann Kühlungsborn als Ferienort unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht dem was man erwartet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Etwas abgewohnt schon aber noch voll in Ordnung.
