Description of the apartment:

The cozy 1-room apartment covers approximately 33 m² and is located in the 3rd. Floor in the attic. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The housing equipment includes u. a .:

- 1 kitchen incl. Ceramic hob / 4 plates, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses

- 1 bathroom with shower
- 2 balconies (a balcony equipped with table and chairs)
- 1 Smart TV (TV with internet access)

The apartment is non-smoking.
The marked car parking lot 24 directly at the house is inclusive.


Location Description:

Ferienwohnung Ostseeglück is located in the center of Kühlungsborn West at Hermannstraße 14.

The Baltic Sea with a long sandy beach is only about 300 m (about 3 minutes walk) from the apartment. A beach promenade with beautiful old bath villas leads from the western part to the eastern part of Kühlungsborn. If you want, you can also use the spa railway (distance stop: about 100 m) or bike (distance bike rental: about 100 m).

In a few steps you can also reach shops (boutiques, LIDL, NETTO), restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, a post office, a fitness center and much more.

The concert garden with a wide range of events is about 300 meters away.

Not far from the apartment are the city forest and the Kunsthalle with their changing exhibitions.

The local visitor's tax is per person per day in the period from 01. 10. to 30. 04. 1,00 Euro and from 01. 05. to 30. 09. at 2.00 Euro. It is not included in the rental price.

Fazit: Klein, aber fein! Ein-Raum-Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Küchenausstattung gut. Ruhige und vor allem sehr gute Lage bezüglich der Entfernung zum Strand in West. Vielleicht einziger Nachteil: Appartement unterm Dach und es war zeitweise schon recht warm, obwohl wir nur Temperaturen um die 21 Grad draußen hatten im Juli.Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

Nett - allerdings ein paar Mängel

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super! Es gab nichts, dass uns ausstattungsmäßig gefehlt hat und es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat problemlos funktioniert, hätte aber auch etwas herzlicher sein können. In der Wohnung ist es nachts sehr hell und das Bett nicht wirklich bequem. In der Nacht wurden wir wach, weil die Toilettenspülung durchgehend gelaufen ist, wodurch es sehr laut war und der Backofen der Unterkunft schaltet sich zwischendurch bei Benutzung immer selber aus.

Wir wurden an der Tür in Empfang genommen, die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief zügig und ohne viel Gewese. Schön war, dass wir die Kurtaxe direkt während der Übergabe bezahlen konnten. Die Wohnung war sauber und recht geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, in direkter Umgebung gab es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Strand war in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit.
