"The keypad didn’t work when we arrived and owner took quite a while to respond. The property is well used and needs a little maintenance. Kitchen drawer broken and bathroom cabinets missing fronts. Only had 6 towels for 5 visitors. All other VRBOs I’ve stayed in had extra towels, soap, shampoo and blow dryer. This one had none of those. I had to do laundry everyday. "We were in TX to visit our older son we had our nephew 17 younger son 18 and my older son and girlfriend 21/22 . We had an absolutely amazing time . The house is perfect set up and great location near things to do w a low traffic area safe for kids to get around and enjoy fun. Thanks for the awesome stay!"

"The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). "The house was ok. It is not as nice as it appears in photos. It was not very clean when we arrived and had a bad smell to it. We had a few little issues with things being broken and the pool area was really lacking. Tree outgrown in the front - you couldn't walk down the sidewalk. Owners responded to a couple issues, but it didn't make the stay any more enjoyable. Just unkept and unclean. It could be great with a little work and a lot of landscaping to make the pool area livable."

"We had a full house. The kids loved the playscape but stayed mostly in the pool. The pool was dirty when we first arrived, but my son took care of that pretty quickly. The pool needs a lot of work.
