"So this place was really good. Quite a bit above average. It's clear the management is trying to get top ratings, and I would be hard pressed to find anything that wasn't good about it. It's not in the center of everything but it's close. I came for work and it was perfect. The place is extremely clean and well stocked. The Internet was strong and it was dead quiet at night. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend it strongly."

Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man sollte nur berücksichtigen, dass der Aufzug nur bis in den 5. Stock fährt, das Hotel ist aber im 6., für uns war das kein Problem, aber für Rollstuhlfahrer, oder mit Kinderwagen wäre das natürlich problematisch. "

The gym was large for European standards but very busy in the morning which is the only downside to the stay."

"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"The Junior Suite on the 8th floor was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the city. The staff treated us kindly. The breakfast was delicious offering an assortment of foods. The prosecco offered at the buffet was an added treat. While we didn’t go to the bar, it appeared elegant, just as the lobby and dining area. What a great location too! I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay. All in all...
