"I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. "I had a disappointing experience during check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, I had two reservations under my name, but Bella, the employee who assisted me, was very unprofessional from the beginning. She looked at me in an unfriendly way and insisted that I only had one reservation, which was not true. This created an uncomfortable situation for me and my family.
We had traveled from Houston and arrived late, and because of this confusion we had to wait almost an hour, close to midnight....
