The apartment was clean and the staff helped with anything I asked. It has a pool. It’s 10 mins away from the old town by taxi.

We got a suite without air conditioning and slept like in a sauna because they had no rooms, a big disappointment for what we paid, the next day we had to split up as a family and children and it ruined our trip.

Hotel is beautiful, and I’ve never met such friendly people working at a hotel who couldn’t do enough to help you. Everyone smiled whenever they walked past or helped you with anything. Hotel was really well kept - like all of Croatia. Such a clean and beautiful part of the world.

The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on.

Our second visit in the past year was just as perfect as the first. Excellent staff throughout the hotel complex, from reception to restaurant bar staff, cleaners and beyond, it was a pleasure to stay in such a well positioned hotel.
