"I booked our one night stay through Expedia. There was no instructions/directions on how and where to take the shuttle service. We contacted hotel via Expedia messaging but no answer. We called the hotel when we arrived at the airport. It took severals calls until someone answered and was able to provide the information. Pick-up was not in the arrival area. "Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it.
There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up.
I absolutely do not recommend to stay here."

"No shuttle to airport, but taxis are readily available right in front. 10 Euro to Terminal 1. Also, very limited parking (almost none) if you have a car. 20 minute walk to airport, all on sidewalk. So certainly walkable. But maybe a bit much if you have a lot of luggage, or small children.
Otherwise standard airport hotel. Nice breakfast space and breakfast."

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht.
Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."
