The second floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding while watching the sunset.
The villa’s spacious living area opens directly to the outdoor space, where you’ll find a 44m2 pool, sun beds,and a summer kitchen with a grill, all designed to make your outdoor relaxation even more enjoyable.
For added convenience, the villa offers free, gated parking, ensuring a secure and stress-free stay.

Just a mere 3km away lies the pristine stretch of Kostrena beach, perfect for a swim in its crystal-clear waters. If you prefer a tranquil, nature-inspired activity, take a trail at the wooded Risnjak National Park, a short drive from Šmrika. Enjoy stunning views of the Kvarner Bay while enjoying a leisurely hike.
For history enthusiasts, make a trip to the city of Rijeka, roughly 20km away. This city, rich in cultural heritage, boasts an ancient Roman marketplace, a hilltop Trsat Castle, and the grand Our Lady of Trsat Sanctuary. For science lovers, Rijeka also houses the Astronomical Centre with a digital planetarium and observatory.
Do not miss the opportunity to explore the mystic World of Nikola Tesla Interactive Museum, located about an hour drive from our apartment. Here, you can explore the life and contributions of Nikola Tesla, one of the greatest scientists and inventors of our time.
