Each floor is equipped with an air conditioner that maintains a pleasant temperature during the pre- and post-season, as well as during the summer months. Additional heating is provided by a wood stove and an electric radiator in the living room, while an electric heater is installed in the ground-floor bathroom.



The exterior of the house is adorned with Mediterranean plants, ideal for relaxation, featuring a spacious covered terrace of 30 m² facing the sea and located in a shaded area, perfect for enjoying tranquility. Behind the house, near the pool, there is another terrace with a barbecue, dining table, and sun loungers by the pool.



The yard is completely fenced. Parking is available 30 meters from the house, with two parking spaces secured. The nearest beach, which is concrete, can be reached by a pleasant walk, and there is a pebble beach nearby.
