General description of the apartment



Kas Blou Blou is located in the popular Laguna Marina area, on one of the small peninsulas around this artificial lagoon, where you will also find Port Bonaire, Corralium and the Plaza Beach Resort. From the covered porch, our guests have a beautiful view over the water of the Laguna Marina and the refreshing communal pool. Kralendijk, with its lovely small shops, amazing restaurants and cozy bars, is just 2 kilometers away. The nearest restaurant, The Dock, is about 500 meters away. The Van den Tweel supermarket is located 1.9 kilometers away and the famous beaches Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach can be found within just a kilometer. For divers, Dive Friends Port Bonaire is just 750 meters away. Bonaire is renowned for its stunning nature, underwater world, and relaxed atmosphere: an ideal holiday destination!

Kas Blou Blou can accommodate up to four people. The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with two wonderfully comfortable single beds that can be set up as doubles. The bathroom features a spacious shower and there is a separate toilet. In the open kitchen in the living area, you will find various appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, freezer, kettle and oven. Outside, our guests can enjoy the covered veranda with comfortable furniture. The communal pool, shared with only 11 other apartments, offers the perfect way to cool off. Parking is easy and free on private grounds.

Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Blou Blou. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Kas Blou Blou is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
