Beach Villa Seru Di Santu

  • A brand-new oceanfront villa close to the city center of Bonaire. Villa Seru di Santu is the perfect accommodation for two families or a group of friends. The Villa consists of two floors with a private entrance. Each floor benefits from a well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living space with an amazing view over the calm Caribbean Sea. On both floors a total of six people can be accommodated and features three king-size bedrooms. The bedrooms all have their own private en-suite bathrooms and views of the surrounding area. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels and an adjustable air conditioning system. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a lounging space and a big dining table next to the pool area. This is the infinity pool blends perfectly together with the ocean and provides the perfect way to cool off when it gets too hot. The two stairs next to the pool give you a refreshing swim in the ocean. The villa also features the possibility of a scuba gear, an outside sun bed with an ocean view and a big sun bed to relax.

    During your stay we will try to help you enjoy the island as much as possible. Feel free to ask about additional additianal arrangements such as private dining, chefs and let us fill your fridge so when you arrive the house feels like your own home.

    Villa Seru di Santu is a very central located holiday villa situated next to the city center of Bonaire, Kralendijk. The main shopping and diner street is only a 15-minute walk. The convenient location makes everything close by.

Seru Di Santu is the difference between a great trip to Bonaire vs the unforgettable picture-perfect week that it was. The snorkeling from the homes beach was second to only Salt Pier. We literally swam with Turtles, Octopi, Spanish Lobsters, even a 36" stingray directly in front of the house. The small issues that came up during our visit were addressed immediately, and I received a daily check in to verify it was going as planned. I would like to see some accessories made available to rent (fins, goggles, etc.) but I don't have anything negative to say about this experience.

An outstanding beach villa

Spacious, modern and well equipped. A lovely deck and pool, a house reef, and a great sea view. Close enough to walk to town and with a first class dive centre just across the street. Hard to fault!

Wonderful vacation

We loved exploring and coming back to our beautiful nest! We lived in the infinity pool and dined at Sebastion’s, Pizza Mare and a few great restaurants in the neighborhood. We rented a larger villa the year before and loved it, but the location cannot be beat! The villa is very clean and the cleaners and pool man were so kind to us. Thank you and we will return!

Sunset Views & Solid sleep

We were a group of 12 visiting Bonaire to dive for the week. This home made it easy to settle in and relax. Very clean rooms & comfortable beds. Can’t beat the location. Lots of space to hang out as a group or as couples. Appreciated the wash tub and dive locker to hang all our gear. We even enjoyed a night dive walking directly into water from our beach. Our group had a great experience.

Great family place

Amazing - hope to stay again soon!

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults! We had plenty of room; the outdoor space allowed us to spend most of our time there- whether in the ocean, the pool, hanging out or having a meal! We could walk into twin and drive to grocery, beaches, and windsurfing easily. Will stay here again with our family!!

We love it here!

Everything about this house is perfect. We had 8 divers and 2 snorkelers. This in the middle of all the dive sites, close to town, an amazing house reef and the best sunsets!! I have stayed at this house 4 times and will again. Others in our group have been there 1, 2, and 3 times. We all want to come back!!

Fantastic place

Niels is an excellent host and this is a great property. Hard to imagine a better location. Near great restaurants and a half block from an excellent dive shop. We were a group of nine. Plenary of room for all.

Amazing property!

Had planned this dive vacation months in advance and was really excited about staying at Beach Villa Seru Di Santu. We were not disappointed. The VRBO photos don’t really capture what an absolutely stunning property this is! Communication with the owner and especially the property manager was outstanding. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Great stay at Villa do Santu

Great property. Great location. Diving right off the back deck. Excellent restaurant right next door. 15 minute walk to coffee and restaurants. Centrally located to great shore-based SCUBA diving. Eva was very responsive to any issues (very few). Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great place

The living areas on each floor worked great for us. The grandkids could nap upstairs and wouldn’t get bothered by the rest of us. Pool area was really enjoyed by the entire family. Eva the property manager was very prompt answering any questions we had. Property was in good shape.

Great Villa

The villa is nicely laid out and would comfortably handle 2 families or up to 6 couples. Since there is an upstairs and downstairs kitchens you could separate a little if desired. View is great and location is close to everything. The restaurant next door is good but comes with a little noise It was are first time to Bonaire and we would stay here again

Excellent Property and Hosts

We had a very enjoyable stay. The villa is well-maintained, furnished nicely, centrally located, and comfortably spacious. Both the owner and the local manager were helpful and responsive. The place is modern, clean, and highly functional. Nice touches like plenty of towels, some pool toys, and sharp knives. We were a much smaller group than the place can accommodate but I could see that having more people would have been fine. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a good dive shop. We even dove a few times right from the villa. Would stay again!

Excellent Villa

I would recommend this Villa to all vacationers. Perfect location, close to anything needed. Went snorkeling and diving right out back. Easy access to the ocean. Niels made us feel welcome and communication was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked and equipt. Plenty of towels. Bedrooms were all comfortable. 5 star property!
