upgrade了我的房間，感謝前台山景很美麗，服務也很好，可惜在溫泉泡池很多人抽煙，煙味令到浸溫泉的體驗不好，早餐、晚餐味道也不錯，房間大寬敞，面對河景，早上看見職員釣魚，很好的體驗，其實在溫泉池不應該抽煙會影響其他客人

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand ...
