"Front desk staff was not friendly. Asked where ice machine was located and was told up on second floor with no direction. Right by highway so very noisy location. Bed had hair under pillow and floor in bathroom was not clean."

"The cabin was adorable and well equipped. The host was on top of things and answered our messages right away. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and even grilled burgers on the charcoal grill.
