The main attraction for visitors of the Aphrodite Hills luxury recreational resort is undoubtedly golf. Around the Villa Unidera there are four golf courses on which, thanks to the sunny weather, you can play golf all year round. If you need to rest and forget about everyday worries, you will definitely not want for anything in our villa's surroundings. You can, for example, spend your time in the comfortable garden gazebo. The villa also contains a 5 x 10 metre salt water heated pool. You can make your golf holiday more pleasant by using the outdoor jacuzzi. Any time you like, you can relax by playing pool or grilling, whether it's meat, fish or seafood. The modern Villa Unidera is the ideal place for you to relax at any time of the year. Whether you go to Cyprus for a family holiday or with your business partners, you will always feel at home with us. The villa is spacious, excellently lit, and is equipped with all the necessary furniture and accessories.

The main area of the villa is a hall connected to a living room, dining room and kitchen. Here you will find a multimedia centre equipped with a 50“ LCD television, Blu-Ray player and a complete menu of UK television programmes. Connection to high-speed wireless internet throughout the entire building is a matter of course, as is central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with BOSCH appliances and with the Nespresso coffee machine. Each of our customers can look forward to a package of Nespresso capsules as a welcome gift.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Villa Unidera. We are a family with two girls and everyone loved the Villa.Lots for the children and the pool area is so tranquil and well kept with an amazing hot tub on the side as well. David is both a kind and approachable host and responds quickly to any questions. He even allowed us to have a late check out which was highly appreciated. - Thank you!We will definitely return to this beautiful property.

Didn't golf but fabulous stay

We stayed here Nov13th to Nov 19th , both the owner and property manger were great to deal with , the house was very clean and well equipped, the pool is great as is the hot tub , I would have to say my only complaint would be the hot water for showers it seems so out dated and the controls are in 1 of the bedrooms so if you get up early you can't shower until you have access to the other bedroom to turn on !!! , a on demand system would be so much better .

Amazing stay at the Villa

The villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and had a top of the range bbq, swimming pool and Jacuzzi! The staff is lovely and very quick to respond to any question or change of booking. The whole experience was smooth and we maybe had the best time of our life at the villa with our friends and families! Thank you for this amazing experience, we will be back!!!

The Ultimate Outside Space

We had a fantastic 10 night stay in Aphrodite Hills, out first visit to Cyprus. The weather for our stay (April) was perfect with temperatures around 20 degrees every day. As a host communication with David was first class, either through VRBO initially, or through WhatsApp during our stay. He was extremely quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful. The villa itself is extremely well equipped for a family holiday. There were 4 of us for our stay but it could easily cater for 6-8 people. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all perfectly adequate for our needs. The highlight of this villa is its outside space, with an extremely private garden. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated, the outdoor kitchen was great for cooking with its gas bbq, and there were lots of places to sit to make the most of the sun at various points of the day. The ping pong/pool table was a nice addition to help keep the kids entertained when taking a break from the sun. The villa is located about 1.5km from the village square, which has a supermarket and the facilities of the hotel, including a kids play park and astroturf football pitch. There is also a tennis academy and soccer school in the village, which was perfect for our football daft 10 year old son. There are several smaller villages about 10 minutes drive from Aphrodite Hills, all of which have some excellent restaurants that are reasonably priced. A car is a must have to get there however. We will definitely return to Aphrodite Hills and have already recommended David’s house to friends and family. Thanks David!

Amazing Villa!

Just returned after a brilliant two weeks in Villa Unidera. There were two families (4 adults and 3 children) who stayed and there was ample room for us. The villa was modern, clean but the best part is the outside space! Pool/table tennis table, outside BBQ area, multiple sitting/eating locations as well as a large pool means I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you are thinking of coming to Aphrodite Hills Resort. David (the host) was incredibly helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. The only negative is that we had to leave and come home! However, we will be coming back again in the future!

Simply amazing !

Just returned from a family vacation at Villa Unidera, Aphrodite Hills (Oct 27-Nov3) and what a great time we had ! The climate was superb given the time of year (mid-20’s throughout) and the Aphrodite Hills complex continues to excel in up market surroundings. I can not fault the villa in any way. It is decorated and maintained to a high spec and is in a perfect location surrounded by wonderful views. I would also like to compliment the owner and property manager who truly care about those using their facilities. A wonderful time and for the size of party we had (7 persons) then the villa is perfect. We shall gladly return......and hopefully soon!

Amazing villa in gorgeous surroundings

Villa was a big hit with our two teenage sons: pool/table tennis, darts, a TV entertainment system, they were in their element! Outdoor pool and spa was enjoyed by all and being heated was good for pool games too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa with pool and jacuzzi

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Unidera. It is a beautiful villa, fitted out to the highest standard. Lovely comfy beds, very well equipped, very spacious, clean and well maintained and fabulous outside space. We were very grateful for the pool (which we asked to be heated for an April stay) and the jacuzzi. We are not golfers but enjoyed using some of the facilities in the resort, especially the riding stables and spa. This also makes a great base for exploring in a hire car - we enjoyed a day trip to Pafos, a buggy safari in the Akamas Peninsula and eating out in Kouklia and Pissouri. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
