This tastefully furnished villa is located on the prestigious Aphrodite Hills resort on the Eastern plateau which is a 15-minute drive away from the Resort centre, known as the Village Square. The Villa is therefore conveniently near the centre which offers a great selection of restaurants, together with a wonderful array of sporting activities, but is also tucked away in one of the most private and peaceful areas of the Resort.

This is a superbly finished three-bedroom Superior Villa, is ideal for a family holiday or for friends sharing, and offers ample outdoor areas, where children can play and adults can relax around a beautiful pool. There are high-quality furnishings and fixtures and air conditioning throughout.

The open plan lounge is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, modern chair and flat-screen TV, which is also adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The dining area can comfortably seat six persons. The kitchen which is set next to the dining area features granite worktops, a microwave, an electric oven and hob, and an integrated dishwasher and is fully equipped.

The three bedrooms are located on the right side of the property. The first bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom features two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom and feature large wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and ample space.  

The Master bedroom features a large double bed and enjoys the beautiful views of the garden and pool. The large french doors lead directly to the pool. Again it has access to its own bathroom.

For those who love to be outdoors, the large pergola covers the patio which features a dining table for those who prefer to dine outdoors. The patio area around the swimming pool is set with sunbeds, and the garden beyond has fragrant shrubs, plants and various kinds of native Cypriot flowers. The barbeque facilities are located on the left side of the patio area, ideal for alfresco cooking!
