"WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters.
Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good."

"Needs maintenance, looks run down.
Need to put good batteries in the tv remotes not cheap ones.
Buffet meals lacks quality.
Main entrance hall needs fans and coolers running all time. Very hot and humid and all fans not switched on.
The shower attachments need maintenace.
Need a inroom guide of how to operate tv and stb box.
Staff were outstanding and go out of the way to help and oblige! Keep it up."
