"Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise…."

"Don't stay at that property. This is a tourism scam. The owner is a scammer and does not list their contact information during the booking process so you are unable to ask questions until it is too late, and you are physically at the door of the property and then he refuses to work with the guests. Upon arrival, there were no clear signs directing guests to check-in. The property is not clean and filthy with damp/musty smell. Stay away from this property."

"The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue."

"The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. We were disappointed in how small our room was and that there was no view of the ocean. And when they say it’s a garden view , it really is a garage view of cars that are parked there in the back. Otherwise Tatjana was very friendly and we had a smooth check-in. But do not expect to get what is shown in the picture."

"It is a great apartment that is taken care of by the nicest people. We came early and were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored the area before check-in. The apartment is clean, the bed is nice (important) and it is close to everything. The staff gave us tips on restaurants and activities and answered quickly if we contacted them with questions. "Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. Its cleanliness and central location were big advantages. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. Having the air conditioning turned on before our arrival and the room already cooled was a very thoughtful detail, which we really appreciated. However, the lack of a balcony and the absence of an elevator were a bit disappointing. Still, it was a good choice in terms of value for money."
