"事前にバスタブ付きの部屋を要望していたが、シャワーだけだった。部屋は古く、カーテン、椅子が壊れ、ベッドも古かった。ツインの部屋に何故か椅子は一脚だけ。ベッドメーキングがされていないことが何回かあり、レセプションに言ってもらちがあかないことが多かった。床の掃除もほとんどされていなかった。"
