"The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff."

"The room didn't have air conditioning or a mini bar as advertised. On the first day they refused to serve dinner because we arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. On the last night, the room was not cleaned. Unluckily, a glass fell into the bathroom sink, which was already cracked, breaking it. They forced us to pay for the damage. The level of the hotel doesn't correspond to 4 stars! Very disappointed. "
