"I initially chose this hotel for my last few days in Copenhagen because it's located a stone's throw from the airport. Although a train station (Tarnby) is right next to the hotel, the location isn't the most convenient for visiting Copenhagen and its main attractions. That's the only drawback. On the other hand, it's well-located for tourists who want to visit Helsingør or go to Malmö in Sweden."

"Nice helpful staff, great breakfast and very convenient location. On the first floor facing the station so some tram noise as they sounded a horn. Had thought we’d be in the fourth floor. Only here one night so it didn’t matter too much. "

"Resort prices hostel services. More a fancy hostel than a hotel. 2 single beds whose mattresses would be more at home in a camper. Usb chargers didn't work. Self check in was broken and the front desk clerk was also the bartender. If you really really need to stay at the airport and train station ok but otherwise take a 5 minute taxi, save 100 and get a nice room."

"Our room was clean but basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel had a luggage storage room and bikes available to rent. It was a bit hot in our room for mid May and there is no A/C. Also, facecloths were not provided. The breakfast was a nice add. The hotel is close to the airport and was perfect for a quick overnight stay."

"Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?"

"Stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious enough even with 3 beds. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The bus stop is very close to the property. Makes it easier to travel to Copenhagen city center."

However, our stay was marred by an expensive surprise: we were issued a 695 DKK parking fine despite being registered guests. The reality of the situation is that the hotel’s parking is managed by a third-party company (EuroPark). When we contacted the hotel manager to resolve the fine, we were told the hotel has no agreement with EuroPark and is...
