"Very nice staff. Clean room, which had a great A/C, very important for me. The breakfast was good, maybe some more options of fruits could be great. Comfortable bed and the bathroom had several amenities. No noise, at least from my room but I don't think that there is. Not located on a busy street. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping center, cafés very close. Walk distance to the riverside and Royal Palace. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. "Brand new hotel (December 2025). Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Great bathroom. I would 100% stay again. Restaurant manager was super lovely and the food amazing in roof top restaurant. The water in the room was tap water decanted to bottles. It tasted of chlorine which was awful and definitely not drinkable. Also there was a kettle but no tea or coffee so a "
