"Amazing private beach n experience staff"

"This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot...

"It was horrible.Sheets were filthy,walls were dirty,Kettle was smelling.Elevator very dirty.Bugs in room.we checked out in 6hrs and moved to hotel across the street.Staff was trying to be helpful."

"The room definitely could have been cleaned better. I had a room with no windows. Had to annoyingly leave the keys every morning for a clean. The ringing noise could be every morning, it was a crazy buzzing noise. It drive me insane. The short female lady on reception took extra money on check out, and was rude through me whole stay, staff done acknowledge you, room service took forever, housekeeping took 40mins to drop my a towel on 3 occasions. Best part is it quite local to beach and temple. "

"Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. "
