"温泉浴場は、なめらかなお湯で気持ちよかったですね。 朝食バイキングは普通です。 不満は以下の3点です。 ・チェックインは機器を使って入力するものでしたが、チェックインの混雑を避けるためか、台数が多く、スタッフと対面ではなく、スタッフに対して横向きでの対応で、すごく違和感があった。 ・喫煙ルームは1〜2畳の狭いスペースに灰皿を置いてあるだけで、何の配慮もなく、リラックスできない。食事の場でコーヒーでも飲みながら一服できるわけではないので、喫煙ルームでは缶コーヒーでも飲みながら一服して気分をリフレッシュする場であって欲しい。「ドリンクの置台と一体型の灰皿」が一般的ですが、そうではないので残念です。 ・もう一つの不満は、トイレの水を流す音が終日、夜間から朝まで3分おきくらいに続いていたことです。そのため、落ち着いて眠れる環境ではなかった。おそらく配管などの問題だと思います。 以上の理由により、個人的には低評価となりました。"
