The house is about 400 years old and has undergone two extensions and renovations throughout its history, the latter of which was carried out in 2003. About twenty years ago, the tavern "Nona" was located here, one of the first taverns in Komiža, open-type, with a barbecue and a fireplace where guests could grill their own fish.
The reconstruction of Villa Nonna included everything except the stone walls, which were restored to their former glory. All floors have undergone radical changes, given that the house is now used as an apartment building with seven apartments. By using traditional materials - wood, stone, and wrought iron - the authenticity of the house has been restored.
This studio apartment can accommodate up to two guests. It features an SAT/flat-screen TV and is combined with a living room, safety deposit box, sofa, and kitchenette. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
