Proudly managed by Suite Paradise Poipu Feel the welcoming trade wind breeze as you enter this striking oceanfront unit. Lawai Beach 1206 is a privately remodeled one-bedroom and one-bath condo among timeshare units that have all the conveniences of a home. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen complete with the last detail, a washer/dryer, extra linen and bath/beach towels, laundry detergent, and a bag of coffee waiting to be brewed. An elevator makes it convenient for carrying luggage and groceries. You will enjoy the resort amenities such as the three pools and 3 spas, a fitness center, complimentary tennis courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, and several barbecue areas. Across the street is one of the best snorkeling spots on the island and for running and walking enthusiasts just turn on right from the resort and follow the road. Along the way, you will see the ocean from different vantage points, admire flowers along the way, and arrive at a rewarding sight and auditory delight at the end of the road - namely the famous Spouting Horn. From Lawai Beach Resort, you can explore stunning spots in Poipu, and dine at various restaurants, the closest of which is the well-known Beach House Restaurant just across the street, as well as some of the island's best shopping. Perfect spot!

Had an amazing stay. Property was exactly like what we saw in the pictures. Loved the location for all we had hoped to do. Would highly recommend and will see if this is available next time we come back!

Paradise

Can’t summarize enough how amazing our stay and the property was. The perfect, view steps away from the water, and amazing amenities. The lanai was perfect for sunrise breakfasts and sunset dinners. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect after long hikes and the fire pit to dry us off was perfect. The property was clean and fully stocked with plates, beach gear, and a washer/dryer as well. We’ll definitely be back. Mahalo!

Room with a View

This is an extremely dated condo with a poor floor plan. The entry resembles a long tunnel. There are only 2 windows: a patio door in the living room with a side panel of jalousie windows & jalousie, tinted windows in the bedroom. The bedroom windows open to the corridor & parking lot so noise & privacy are a problem at night. The bathroom is dated & dismal: pitted mirrors, stained bathtub & vinyl shower curtain. We rented the unit from Suite Paradise. Apparently most units at this resort are rented through another party. Suite Paradise failed to respond in a timely manner to numerous emails, voicemails, chats to address concerns. Overall, a very unpleasant experience other than the view.

Nice but not for the price

This is an updated condo in a dated complex. It has a beautiful view but is across the street from the beach which has a lot of traffic. The condo has a small ac unit in the bedroom but no air conditioning in the rest of it.

Beautiful Island Equally Beautiful Condo

From the moment we arrived to unit 1206 we knew we chose the perfect place. This condo is exactly how it's is pictured and described. They supply all the necessities to enjoy your stay. The view is breathtaking and really made this visit to Kauai extra special. If staying on the Southshore this is the must have rental. We loved it here and definately will be back. Beautiful accommodations and lots of amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was prime with ocean views and a wonderful sweet. Lots of extras were included and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would love to come back again next year!

Kauai Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Lawai Beach Resort. The resort is clean and quiet. The unit is very nice and just as pictured. We loved the patio and ocean view! You can hear the waves and see whales. The location is great. You can walk to the Spouting Horn, Botanical Gardens, and an outdoor mall. The beach across the street is a good place to snorkel. The management is very responsive with any issues/questions.

Beyond Beautiful!!

Not enough words to say about how amazing this property is. After staying in Kauai several times at various places, we can truly say that we found our home away from home. The unit was spectacular and included everything one could possibly want in a vacation rental. Thank you so much for everything. We couldn’t have been happier!! Looking forward to coming again ASAP!

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We enjoyed peaceful dinners on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The registration and parking were easy. My husband grilled several times on the grill by the pool and they were kept very clean almost like a brand new grill. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Snorkeling and the Beachhouse restaurant were right across the street. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo with amazing view of ocean

Wow- the view was indescribable! The condo is decorated beautifully - all new kitchen and family room. Bed was SO comfortable as well. We had AC in the bedroom which I don’t think we could have done without. What a great experience!!

Fantastic stay

Great property and location if staying on Poipu. Restaurants and shops nearby. On Wed’s there’s farmers market at the shopping village. Condo main living space and kitchen were clean and updated. Pretty much beach front you can hear the waves from the living room. Our kids enjoyed watching surfers. The bathroom was dated and the bathroom tub curtain reeked what smelled like fungus (it was old and wet). The good news was I called Suite Paradise right away and they replaced with new so I was happy with the service. Access to the Poipu Athletic beach club was a plus. It was great to take a break from the beach and just spend a day there at the pool. They serve lunch and cocktails at the club.

Very nice condo with a great kitchen. Loved the view and stepping across the road to watch the sunset every night. Super meal last night at the Beach House. Loved walking up to the blow hole in the morning and all the chickens. Great beaches!

This unit is everything you could ever want. Clean, spacious and the most comfortable bed! I would stay here every time I come to Kauai. I also adore Beba, the concierge! She helped us craft an incredible holiday!

This beautiful condo is everything it could be. Location is perfect, it is quiet, accommodating with everything it said it was going to be. Amenities were great at the resort itself and in the condo. Thank you so much for providing everything necessary for a really super time. The only thing I might recommend is a new bed in the bedroom. We will be back!
