  • Disfrute de la dulce fragancia de las plumerias de Makanui 521-Ubicada en la comunidad turística de Poipu Kai en la isla de Kauai, esta es una casa adosada de 2bd / 2ba de segundo piso con vistas a la montaña.
    Relájese en el espacioso lanai y disfrute del café de la mañana y de las bebidas tropicales de la tarde y pupus refrescados por los vientos alisios locales.
    En la sala de estar hay un sofá cama doble, con asientos adicionales en un área de barra de cocina con taburetes y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4.
    La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para preparar comidas gourmet al estilo isleño.
    En la planta baja, con vistas a la piscina comunitaria, encontrarás el dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama King a pedido y un baño en el pasillo con ducha de tamaño completo. También hay una lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo para su uso. La suite King Master, con una gran cabina de ducha recientemente renovada, se encuentra arriba y tiene una unidad portátil de A / C para cuando las brisas frescas no son suficientes.

Great location. Nice place overall but could use some updating. Well stocked with beach equipment. Gets hot with no AC in main area but there are several fans that help and nice breeze with windows open. Overall a good stay and convenient location.

Would stay here again!!!

No complaints on this place! My family and I stayed here and it was perfect, by the end we were all saying how we’d come back and stay here. Such a great location for walk and driving to different places.

Just perfect for our family visit

This property checked all the boxes for our family of six. The close proximity of the pool, walking distance to two fabulous beaches, the lanai; where we enjoyed many fabulous meals and happy hours!

Great stay, perfect location, very clean property

Location is perfect. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean property, lots of room and great amenities. Beautiful landscaping. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Beautiful tropical gardens surround this beautiful 2 bedroom unit with a well equipped kitchen.

Great Trip

We had a fabulous time in this condo. The house was well cared for and management was quick to respond. Could see the sunrise from the bedroom. And being close to the pool was a plus for our family.

Quiet and perfect

We loved saying here! It had everything we needed and the layout was perfect. AC in the second bedroom would have been nice. We LOVED the AC in the huge master bedroom upstairs. Location was quiet and felt extremely safe. Loved how close it was to the beaches as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

The in-laws

We had a great time, the property was as we had expected and served us very well. The beach chairs and cooler came in very handy. The upstairs mattress could use an upgrade. Would definitely consider coming back here.

Great stay

Very nice condo with all necessary items for a wonderful experience on the beach or just hanging out. Very nice pool, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beaches, food, golf, and much more. Decor is a little outdated, but great if you’re from the eighties!

Clean and has Basic Amenities to start vacation

The neighborhood is quiet, walking distance to the beach. Love how clean the property is. Love it more that we have basic necessities for cooking to start our day so we dont have to run to the store. Thank you for the welcome basket. The kids devoured it.

Excellent location in Poipu

Very well equipped and stocked, clean, nicely laid out rental. Good views from the lanai. Especially enjoyed being able to see the mountains and green changing landscapes. Great paved winding walkways to Shipwreck Beach and Brennecker’s Beach. Great for morning strolls or sunset walks. The kitchen is a little dated but very functional. We had a great stay and loved the location of this place.

Great location and well equipped

The kitchen had essentials we needed and didnt want to necessarily buy. So wonderful as our last location did not. Beautiful home and easy to get checked in and out. Lots to do withing walking distance. Thanks!

10 min walk to beach. Cute little pool just steps from our unit with security gate for littles. Washer dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Only ac in main bedroom which is upstairs. Tons of parking

Property Review

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager, Paula, was extremely helpful and responsive. However, the downstairs bedroom and common area are unbearably hot as there is only air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. The property is also on the upstairs level so would not be accessible if your party needs.

Walking the trail through the gorgeous area to Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach was another bonus. Parking was easy and being next to the pool was great too. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again some day!

Loved the location and being right next to the pool. Fully stocked with beach stuff. Only issue was the vacuum didn’t work. Needs to be replaced.

Very nice property & good location

The property was clean and in a good shape. The agent was fabulous, responding very quickly to our questions. The check-in process was seamless. Location was great, pool very close and close to Poipu beach (within walking distance but we ended up driving). It would be better if an air conditioner can be added to the lower bedroom and proper installation in the upstairs bedroom for a better sleep. Otherwise, there is always a breeze going through the unit. Great unit for family. We enjoyed stating there.

What a gem to find in Poipu! Easy walking distance to Poipu Beach, wonderful walking trails through the neighboring developments and close to all the popular food and shopping. This property was perfect for our family of four--with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen is amazing in that is is well supplied if you like to cook--and there are grills on site. It is also adjacent to the pool, so you can literally walk out the door to the pool. Beautiful and sunny, this place also gets wonderful breezes. The rental folks were a dream to work with and went over and beyond to help us. So rent with confidence. Bonus: the beds are comfy and the furnishings lovely. Will rent again.

Needs updating and repairs

New furniture is very nice. Plenty of beach chairs and dishes and cutlery .. The blinds in the 1st floor bedroom and bath have been broken for 2 years!! Both toilet seats are badly stained. The beach umbrella is broken. No chaise lounge chairs like other properties. Kitchen needs larger pans.
