Welcome to Kipuka Hale, a beautiful designed, newly renovated home. Located in a quiet, stunning neighborhood just two minutes to the world famous Poipu Beach. Our guests have full access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, which includes a pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis courts, and a full fitness center.

Perfectly located, we're 5 minutes from The Shops at Kukui‘ula, and Poipu Shopping Village. With 2 Master King ensuite bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, our home can comfortably sleep 6 guests.

This is a brand-new, remodeled, quaint, modern home in the heart of Poipu, Koloa, Kauai. Just 2 minutes from Poipu Beach, and dozens of fantastic shopping and restaurant option. We furnished this space with luxury and comfort in mind and it is truly one of a kind in this area.

Kipuka Hale is built ranch-style and can sleep up to 6 guests, including 2 King Beds beds with their own master baths, one sleeper sofa that is a queen, and one aerobed for the living room. We also have a beautiful lanai (patio) with a BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture.

This home boasts beautiful new flooring, paint, and artwork, with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the home. We have blazing fast internet for those that would like to work from home on vacation.

The space is built for families, friends, and surf-bums alike.

Kipuka Hale provides guests with all-inclusive, free access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club, which includes complementary use of the swimming pool, hot tub and weight room at Poipu Beach Athletic Club.There is a safe area for children. Adults are able to enjoy the entire pool. The waterslide is amazing! There is also a basketball court, tennis court, and pickle ball court! Poipu Beach Athletic Club is just 2 minutes down the road.

The entire purpose of this home is to give visitors to Poipu easy access to all Kauai has to offer, while simultaneously feeling the escape of Hawaii's incredible beaches and hikes. This location is perfect for hikers, or those that like to hang at the beach for recreation or sport.

The home has brand new, comfortable king beds with down comforter, duvets and large pillows.

The unit has several brand new appliances, and a large in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry convenience. We have plenty of dishware and cooking utensils for our guests, and a single serve coffee machine with coffee pods provided.

The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, ESPN, Hulu, and other channels for your viewing pleasure. We're equipped with high-speed Wifi throughout the house. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels are all provided for our guests' comfort.

This is a perfect space for business travelers, families, or a quick weekend getaway from neighboring islands. Eat at one of our many local famous restaurants, or go grocery shopping nearby and cook at the cabin. There's tons of free parking on the property.

We have done our best to make this place feel like home by including local books and board games. It is our way of sharing what our wonderful state of Kauai has to offer. Thanks for looking, and we hope you'll stay with us!

DISCLAIMER: This property is NOT for partying. There is a strict no partying and six guest limit to this property. We love our neighborhood, and our neighbors. We also have a two vehicle limit due to fire lane safety concerns. The Kipuka Hale is our home and very special to our family, so guests must treat it as their own :)

When we first arrived the key pad for the front door didn’t have the correct code. The fan didn’t work in one of the bathrooms and the fan in the other bathroom had about 1/8’’ of dust on all the blades. The grounds were in dire need of a Gardner. The bbq had so much gunk on the grates that it took a half hour to burn it off along with intense scraping. One night I awoke to sounds of water coming from the A/C, as if someone pouring water from a cup. In the morning the chair underneath the A/C was sopping wet along with some clean clothes I had on the chair. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property, the first with new management. Other than the unkempt issues, Jake is great to work with and very helpful. The distance to the beach is great. The house was accommodating.

This is a great spot. We had two couples and two toddlers and it worked well. Space isn’t super friendly for toddlers but it was ok. It’s a short walk to the beach so we rented a beach wagon and that was super helpful with the little kiddos.The house has good AC units and comfy beds and an outdoor shower around the back of the houseGPS kind of leads you to the wrong driveway so you just gotta drive up the street a little bit and enter from the little cul de sac.Definitely would stay here again!

Did not use either airconditioning or laundry other than putting sheets in at stay's end as requested. Did use dishwasher which worked well. My adult son is in treatment for cancer and cleanliness is paramount. Some pots were dirty, which I cleaned. We did not use outside furniture as it was dirty and a couple of chairs were broken. No beach items used.This was not a problem for us, as cancer patients receiving treatments should not be in the sun. We loved the openness of the living area, the bedrooms and baths very clean. Access to the beach at sunset ideal - it is quiet and lovely - we'd love to come back.Dorothy Massey

A completely adorable house in an idyllic, setting fully stocked with everything you would need and a very responsible host. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach and 2-3 minutes by car and then you have to find parking. The owner Jake is awesome and will help with info if he can, I know there’s anything that the house is missing and you have all the beach toys that you ever want as well as chairs and umbrella. Make bring your own propane for the grill but they have the bbq Supplies other than that. There is one television in the house in the living room and it works with the digital YouTube TV or Amazon prime etc.. backyard is super cute. We really enjoyed our time and will consider renting this two bedroom house again.

This house was perfect for our family of 5! So close to the beach and shopping. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. It was super clean. The air conditioning worked well. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

Comfortable and convenient stay

We stayed at Jake's place in Poipu beach in Kawaii for the last two nights of out two week Hawaii trip this June. the house was large with open floor plan and a nice big patio. The AC units were efficient since we where during a heat wave. The kings beds and the sofa sleeper beds were conformable, we did not use the futon but it looked comfortable for a child to sleep on (wouldn't recommend for an adult). The walk to the Poipu beach and the nearby restaurants with less than 10 minutes. Poipu beach is know for the sea turtles and hangout in the beach and sleep there most nights. We seen so many sea turtles so up close and the volunteers do a great job protecting them from the excited tourists. The access to the Athletic center was a huge perk and we enjoyed the facilities.

Great location within walking distance of Piopu Beach.

Comfortable and clean house within easy walking distance to an amazing beach. The house had all the basics and extra beach supplies. Great location with loads of shopping and dining options. Quiet neighborhood and private home.

Perfect spot for our last minute stay

Due to a last-minute issue we had to book another place last minute. We booked Jake's place and could not have been happier. It is about 2 blocks from the beach. All the things needed in a kitchen to make breakfast. (That is all we made). We loved the layout. Very nice washer and dryer. Private parking was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us back to Kauai.

Very charming place for 3-4 people. Quiet, but located close to Poipu beach and many earing establishments. Rooster greets you early am, but not a big deal as the time change means we are up by 6:00 anyway.

Great little house, close to beach

Great location, close to beach and shops. Access to athletic club was really nice. The trees around the home make it feel secluded. It was really nice having beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards accessible too. Host was responsive, great little place!

Great Setup for a Beach Vacation

We had a great stay. The house is very close to Poipu beach, and they provided all of the beach accessories we needed. The house had the basics and stayed cool in the evenings - we didn't even need to turn on the AC. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The house was perfectly located to enjoy the beauty of Kauai. The beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed. The lanai was a highlight, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and had a booklet of helpful tips about nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants. We walked each morning and evening to watch the sunrise and sunset, which were breathtaking. Poipu beach had resting turtles, monk seals to watch, and we even saw whales breaching water off in the distance. We ventured to Waimea Canyon, hiked Sleeping Giant trail, and have to recommend Lava Lava restaurant as a place to eat right on the beach in Kapa'a. Lunch and dinner menus were amazing.

Great beach house!

We felt like we were staying at a friend's beach home. It was comfortable and convenient to the beach and other places we wanted to visit. I loved having my morning coffee on the lanai. We also enjoyed having access to the beach club nearby.

Just OK. Poipu beach and the club is near and that made it better.

There are some positive & negatives. Positives: beds and linens are comfortable, the house has a good roomy layout, and it is very quiet neighborhood except for the roosters at 4 am but we were aware of that quirk. It is at a convenient location as we could walk to the beaches. The snorkeling gear and boogie boards and beach chairs were available to use. Having the access to the Poipu Beach Club was great we love the food and the pool there. Negatives: It was generally clean, but there was mold in the master bathroom shower. The tile on the patio was dingy and gross. The refrigerator smelled like BO. I realize that Kauai gets a lot of rain and properties are hard to maintain there but I think your cleaning service could do better. We cooked in the kitchen almost every day for but the selection of pots and pans were slim. We made it work but a nice set of pans/pots would greatly improve the kitchen. The beach umbrella is broken and it would of been nice to have a little cooler that we could bring to the beach. Also, not having the door code working when we arrived was very frustrating as we were tired from traveling all day and the last thing I wanted to deal with was contacting the owner to be able to get into the house. I'm glad we were able to get ahold of him and get in within a few minutes. This is our fourth time in Poipu and we still like this area of Kauai. I've stayed at 5 star properties before, this just isn't quite there yet.

Great location, great house

Everything from check in to check out was a breeze. The location is great for morning walks down to the beach where the sea turtles were out in large numbers. Home was comfortable, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Newly remodeled. We will be back.

Awesome spot!

Spacious space for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Super comfortable beds, plenty of towels, including beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, everything you need for a lovely stay by the beach. Took us 5-10 minutes to walk to Poipu Beach from the house. Loved being able to use the Poipu Beach Athletic Club! Pool and waterslide were really fun for the kids and they serve food and drinks poolside. Highly recommend this great spot!
