Nice condo, a little out of the way from main stream. Parking is not so good unless you find a good spot after everyone leaves and just stay there. The beach umbrella is not functional, and the beach chairs were full of sand. It is well maintained, but the toilet keeps running.

very comfortable, neat and clean. location is good for poipu. bring lots of money as prices in the area have really went up since last visit. have to pay to visit any sites and reservations are needed to visit north shore hiking. investigate thoroughly. need reservations to eat at any local restaurant.

The condo was very clean, and has a very comfortable feel. The chickens can be a little loud, but we got used to them. Lawai Beach across the road was great snorkeling and the sunsets from The Beach House lawn are amazing.

Loved my stay. It was very comfortable and private. Amazing location, walking distance to everything that I needed. Memorable solo unwind trip - it was very quiet despite being during Xmas holiday.

Beautiful Poipu

We had a wonderful time at this condo in beautiful Poipu. The condo was very clean and the bed comfortable. We were a little disappointed in that there was no coffee for our first morning and no beach towels, chairs or coolers. Overall it was a nice and clean condo in a beautiful location.

Perfect location

This was an ideal location for exploring the entire island. I'm really glad we decided to stay in Poipu vs Princeville because it is very crowded up there. It is nestled by beautiful beaches and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It was a smooth check-in process and very clean. Plenty of parking in the back garage if the front lot is full. I do want to mention there is no A/C which is common in Kauai unless you are staying at a resort.

Great location for exploring Kauai

Apartment was very true to description and pictures. Very comfortable with 2 lanais, one off living room and one off bedroom. King size bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and included some spices. Quiet (except for the roosters!), family oriented. Pretty garden with orchids surrounds the pool.

Lovely stay with an ocean view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! Had no issues and loved the abundance of snorkeling nearby. The place had everything we needed and was a great home base for us to explore Kauai.

Wonderful time

Wonderful time! This was our first time to Hawaii and picked Kawaii on purpose because of the various hikes and less populated. We had natural alarm clocks with the roosters ha ha. We’re very grateful for where we stayed. Florence our host was absolutely wonderful to greet us at the airport which made our first beginnings of our trip very smooth. Our unit was very clean perfect location for us and we enjoyed every bit of it while we were here. Highly recommend. Aloha

Poipu Pluses and Minuses

Beautiful facility across the street from Beach House Restaurant,which is #1 restaurant in South Kauai. You need a car to get to a market , any other restaurant or shops. Shops/restaurants that are very high end are a mile away. Very few sand beaches in Poipu area compared to Maui, but watching local surfers do their thing from Beach House Restaurant is amazing.

Perfect place to stay!

The condo was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable! The gardens are beautiful, the pool was private and very clean, and the parking easy! We loved being able to walk to the shopping center with nice restaurants for dinner. The noisy roosters in the park out back were our only complaint, but totally not something that the owner could control. Even with a June stay here, the lack of air conditioning did not bother us. Nice cross breezes were lovely!
