Great view and location
This unit has a fantastic view and is in a great location. Being on the top floor is great, and the kitchen has most necessities. Some small storage containers would be nice. The lanai furniture is rusty. The large ottoman is definitely broken, as was reviewed previously. I fell hard into the center, as the springs are shot! The response to the other person was that a manager looked at it and it was fine - the manager needs to sit on it. The outdated metal, small, unadjustable sand chairs should be replaced with the more current Tommy Bahamas like almost all other places have, they were very uncomfortable. The lanai screen door is broken, Vacasa knows about this but it won't be fixed until August, which didn't help us during our April stay. The dishwasher was broken, we were informed about this before our arrival. We were compensated for that. There was a lot of contact with Vacasa regarding 3 issues, and I received some calls from them from private numbers. That left us feeling uneasy. Each call included requests to have service people enter if we weren't there, which we agreed to. There was no follow-up contact as to whether they actually came out and fixed anything, except for the nice technician who came out for the AC the 1st morning while we were there.The lack of clear communication from Vacasa, and amongst their employees left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay. We never knew if someone had entered while we were out or not, as nothing had changed.

The sounds of the Ocean
The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom.

Beautiful view, located in a great place!
Beautiful ocean view. Saw turtles daily. Comfy bed and 4 large pillows. Condo stocked with everything you need! So great to be able to use the 2 chairs, umbrella and cooler that was in the unit. 1 working elevator. Lots of great restaurants nearby with the beach house restaurant next door and close enough to walk to. Door lock was a pain and didn’t always work/open the first time. We would stay here again.

What a view!
We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. We were captivated by the view from the lanai, watching the waves of the Pacific crashing on the rocks below or watching the surfers getting their day going. Sitting outside to watch the sunset was a treat. The kitchen had all the things we needed to dine in, and there were plenty of nearby choices for dining out. We really liked the layout of the unit; you could choose to eat at the counter, or from the dining table that looks out its own picture window, or on the lanai. A nice clean and relaxing place. No complaints whatsoever.

Amazing Views and Location
This property was absolutely incredible! The check in process was easy and the place was extremely clean when we arrived. The view is stunning. We enjoyed watching the surfers and even saw some turtles! The location couldn’t be better. Lawai beach was a 2 minute walk and was a great place to snorkel. You’re also only minutes away from Poipu. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and the fact that the rental was fully stocked with everything needed. We would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!
