World class dining, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, and the beauty of many other of Kauai’s beaches are just a few minutes away.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The property is very old and tired. It needs some obvious updates. It was functional but still needs many improvements. The cottage cheese ceilings, fans, carpeting and the bathtub. One of the kitchen cabinet doors hinge was broken and a lamp in the bedroom shade was broken. We wouldn’t be recommending it to future travelers.

Another day in Paradise!!

Loved the location of this property! I had my morning walk on the beach to watch the sunrise and it took me minutes to get to the beach! It was clean, bed comfortable, loved having washer/dryer! Loved that the shower worked so well-great water pressure! Thank you for a great stay at a resonable price! I'd love to come and stay again soon!

Clean and well equipped apartment. Has ocean views. Nice outdoor loungers They only thing that makes it 4 stars not 5 is furniture. Very old and very uncomfortable and no TV in bedroom. But would stay again.

Exactly as presented

The condo was exactly as presented in the listing! Ocean view from the lanai and less than 100 yards from the walking path. We attended a wedding and reception on the Hyatt property and it was a short walk there and back on the paved path. Condo was very spacious for a 1 bedroom, and was extremely clean. Although we did not do any cooking, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. The only improvement would be additional towel bars in the bathroom in order to thoroughly dry towels between showers. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice place in Poipu!

Though we didn't love the South shore, our place was in a nice location and there was ease with checking in. The mattress pad on the bed is a thick piece of foam that looks like it has been on the bed for hundreds of guests and it made me feel uneasy about the cleanliness of the place. It just felt like a very "lived in" place. But again, the size of the place, the kitchen, and the location was fabulous!

Great little unit minutes from the beach!

Visited Poipu for a wedding next door at the Hyatt, the proximity of this unit could not have been better! Everything we needed was provided, very clean and well maintained! My husband and I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else visiting Poipu.

Lovely well equipped unit

Wonderful stay with everything we needed from keurig machine, great knives and lovely coffee cups, beach chairs, snorkel gear, tennis raquets and balls, etc.! Comfy bed and excellent layout with 2 bathrooms. Loved literally walking out of patio and seeing ocean and walking to beach in 3 minutes ( ground floor unit benefit) or to well kept perfect temperature pool. unbeatable location - will Defo come back!

Excellent Location Near the Beach

Can't thank Greg and Shelley enough about this excellent condo unit. It was easy to rent this awesome vacation rental and Shelley provided great tips about the area before the vacation rental date. The location in Poipu Beach is outstanding near restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores and far away enough from the crowds. The cute 1/1 bath sleeps at least 4 and has all the amenities you need including full kitchen and the convenience of an in unit washer/dryer. Search no more for a vacation rental and rent this affordable condo unit in a great location.

It your a walker and enjoy scenic beauty....piece and quite...and a comfortable home away from home..They stay in this clean and cozy 1 bedroom at Poipu Sands...what a great location The home was very well equipped.....and when you want to pamper yourself your a 5 minute walk to 5 Star luxury at the Grand Hyatt..
