    Perfectly situated just up a garden path from the golden sand of Brennecke's Beach, this one-bedroom, ground-floor condo in Poipu is ideal for swimmers, sunbathers, golfers, and all lovers of Kauai's beautiful, sunny south shore. This home is full of sunshine, with floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass doors that slide open to reveal a private lanai, an outdoor dining space, a pair of lounge chairs, and a manicured lawn surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. Use the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes each morning, or simply take a seat at the breakfast bar with a hot cup of coffee and a local newspaper. Grab a freshly laundered swimsuit from your private washer/dryer, stroll down the path to the neighboring ocean beach, and spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the community's outdoor pool and barbecuing with loved ones around the shared gas grill.

    This garden-level condo is located at Poipu Kai Manualoha, a property that's wonderfully located near the very heart of Poipu and just up a garden path from Brennecke's Beach. Here on the beloved south shore of Kauai, you'll be treated to gorgeous sunny weather for swimming, water sports, and strolling on the oceanfront Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail at Shipwreck Beach less than a mile east. If you're a golfer, you'll have your choice of world-class courses nearby, including Poipu Bay (one mile east) and the Kiahuna Golf Club (less than two miles west). Some of the south shore's most beloved restaurants and eateries are also close by, including the famous Puka Dog (a quarter-mile west), Kauai Juice Co. Great place

Great location. Walk to the beach in 2 to 3 minutes. We loved how they had beach chairs and a small cooler that we used every day. It is a nice, spacious place on ground level so we used the back porch to eat out breakfast. I recommend this place.

Peaceful Paradise

We absolutely loved this place! We’ve stayed in ma homes/hotels on the island and this was our favorite! Clean, quiet, beautiful private yard, not too hot, great kitchen. Covered shaded parking, great location! Loved it!

Entire condo complex is very cozy, peaceful, and a super easy walk down to Poipu beach. Patio faces a nice backyard. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was perfect for my wife and I. It is a great location with walking distance to the beach, short drive to surrounding towns, quite. VERY nice. Just a few issues with the internet and TV, but that was it.

Beautiful spacious condo. 5 minute walk to the beach!

Very clean well maintained condo. This property has beautiful grounds and is designed to give privacy to the lanai. We had a wonderful stay here. I would be happy to stay here again. Aloha til next time. Mahalo!

Lovely stay

Place was clean. More than adequate toiletry supplies, including laundry and dishwasher soap. Needed an extra stand-up fan which management quickly supplied. Very nice accommodations.

Manualoha best of Poipu Kai

We loved being in Manualoha. The location is the best, near the pool and so close to the beach. The unit is very well equipped and decorated. The space is large and comfortable. We ate most meals in and used the BBQ across the way. Very convenient. We love the pool with the ocean view.

Amazing location, a short walk to Poipu and Brenneckes. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very well appointed and spotless interior with upgraded bathrooms and comfy beds. The ceiling fans provided a nice breeze, but the bedroom fan was a bit noisy. A split AC unit in the bedroom and a sturdier pullout would elevate this condo to a 5+!

Beautiful views in Poipu

My husband and I stayed here for a short anniversary getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed for our stay: kitchen supplies, snorkel gear, boogie board. It was very clean and well stocked for us, the manager even left us a sweet card for our anniversary. The property is just a short walk to the pool and the beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lovey. Perfect location and house for our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

6 days in Kauai

The property was exactly as described. Clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes, and a welcome gift too! It is a very short and enjoyable walk to poipu beach. You have to try the puka dog! The patio was very private and would have been used more if the patio furniture was in better shape.

Great Location

Can’t beat the location just minutes from beach. Large unit with all the amenities. Had a problem with the refrigerator but the brought in a spare as quickly as could be expected. Lovely lanai and a good breeze through the unit

Fully Stocked!

Such a lovely home, amazingly stocked with just about everything you would need for your trip — from kitchen utensils to beach supplies. The laundry was great for cleaning after muddy hikes. The private Lanai out back was nice and relaxing as well. We loved that it was steps away from Poipu beach with a beautiful pool as an option as well. Please keep in mind that there is no AC and we definitely felt it’s absence.

Fantastic. Clean comfortable convenient!!!

Unit was exceptionally well equipped as well as very clean. So convenient to the beach. Safe swimming and snorkelling. Very pleasant garden area off patio. Nice to have beach chairs, towels, etc. available for our use. Also super to have laundry facilities. Beautifully maintained pool with view of ocean. Very friendly maintenance crew. A very comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Quaint Little home

The room was very inviting and gave a sense of coziness. Easy access to the beach was nice along with the provided equipment. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning, so it may get warm in the room. The fans helped a little though.

Recent Trip to Kauai

We were very comfortable in the unit and liked the pool area and location within Poipu. I was allergic to an odor emitted from a new piece of furniture. The property manager quickly brought an air purifier to reduce the problem. Property manager also sent out serviceman right away to fix internet connection issue. I would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

The Perfect Condo

We loved the area - the location was just a couple blocks to beautiful Poipu Beach. The condo was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and all the amenities we could need were provided. We had a problem with the refrigerator which required us to change plans on our last day, since some food spoiled. It was a Friday and direct communication with the property manager(s) was lacking. I still would stay again in a heartbeat with hopes everything was in working order.

Great location

Love the location of this property! 4 mins from the beach and pool. Tennis courts and pickleball across the parking lot. Restaurants and shopping very close, walkable. The condo is very clean, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, big fridge... A few comments and why I only gave it 4 stars. We had inconsistent WIFI, sometimes in the middle of a program we would lose it. No A/C. During the day it was fine, I love the warmth. But, the bedroom doesn't really have any air movement in it. The windows are old and vent at the bottom with no cross breeze. Thank goodness they have 3 fans, we used them all. They also have ceiling fans in every room. It might be worth buying a separate A/C unit for the bedroom...

Appliance meltdown

First of all to be FAIR…this condo by owner is well appointed, great location, and kitchen fully stocked. Now for the MANAGEMENT side. Vacasa did a minus ONE star job and the owner should consider changing companies! No dishwasher, tiny refridge (big one not working…lost tons of food due to it only cooling to 50 degrees. Dishwasher would not start. So did dishes on my vacation!! YAY! The worst was: after nearly 15 outreaches to Vacasa…turned out the woman in charge of “that part of the island” went on VACATION and then there was NO ONE taking up her job! I was pissed!! Appliance and MANAGEMENT upgrade truly needed.
