Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and close to Poipu Beach! The golf course was beautiful and quiet. The pool was lovely and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The only problem we were surprised that the power grid was off from 10pm 4am our last night of vacation. I have a biPap machine that uses electricity. When I called about my dilemma the property manager was sympathetic and told me to buy a 600 battery at Costco and return it the next day. I didn’t feel good about that and so had to sit up most of the night checking on my oxygen.

Loved this place!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The location was great, with on property pool and plenty of parking. Very convenient with good restaurants. Grocery stores are a bit further away but that’s just the nature of Kauai. The property itself is very clean, with all the supplies, kitchen appliances, plates, utensils you’ll ever need. Good communications from property manager, with easy instructions via text and easily reachable by phone call. The only callout I have is that there was a glitch during check in and they didn’t contact me to let me know the property was ready. I ended up called them after checkin time has already passed to get the info I needed in order to check in. I would definitely go back to this property in the future, and would highly recommend a group of 6-8 people.

Most Well-Appointed VRBO We've Ever Stayed At!

This listing was everything that it promised in the listing. We really enjoyed how wonderful the entire property was decorated and how it felt like home. The property was well decorated, felt comfortable and had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. The kitchen was well organized. They included a exterior closet full of kid toys for the beach, chairs, ring tubes, etc. Our kiddo LOVED the queen bunk bed in one of the secondary bedrooms and it had a lower king bunk. The views over the golf course were relaxing and it didn't feel like it was park of a large condo complex. All the furnishings and decor were good, solid pieces. We felt very comfortable at this condo and would definately book again!

Spacious Accommodation

From the moment we entered this property, the space was well cleaned and very spacious. Each room and bathroom was adequately stocked with fresh towels and linens that were more than enough for the length of our nearly one week stay. Each bedroom had plenty of bed space for all 7 of my family members to comfortably rest. The kitchen and laundry area were also well stocked with clean dishes, cleaning products, and any supplies needed for snacks and storage. We thoroughly appreciated the large supply of beach chairs, pool noodles, and coolers for all the times we visited the beach. This was highly convenient. I loved that the condo is perfectly located a 5 minute drive from Poipu beach where sea turtles would come each night at sunset. The only small hiccup in our stay was that the refrigerator started leaking and stopped working entirely on our 3rd day there. This meant that all of our groceries for the length of our stay ended up spoiling and had to be tossed. Nonetheless, the host was very responsive and attentive to this inconvenience. As soon as I reported it, a repair tech came to look at the fridge and the host also generously offered us a refund for some of our related food expenses to make up for our loss. This was a very sincere and gracious gesture. Overall, I would gladly stay here with my family again and I highly recommend this place to any large families. You will not be disappointed. Everything listed in the booking is accurate and true. Mahalo Parrish Kauai!

Convenient Luxury

My family enjoyed their stay at this property. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit exceeded their expectations of convenience and luxury. It was located close to the beach with access to a pool and hot tub, restaurants and shopping.
