The exceptional out door living area - "Pai Pai" has 2 large drop down TV's for watching your favorite movies and sporting events. Paradise

Absolutely magnificent property. Everything you could hope for! Great location and amenities. Views are stunning. A little home construction around but nothing too loud. Outdoor furniture is a bit weathered but pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants luxury.

So nice you don't want or need to leave the property!

Perfect for us with 7 adults and 1 toddler. 4 ensuite bedrooms all overlooking the ocean. Extensive view. Gorgeous private pool. Extensive outdoor relaxtion and dining facilities. Nearby beaches. Total relaxation with little need to wander very far away from the house. Property manager was very responsive to any requests/needs. Ideal for family or couples. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Fabulous Vacation Home

The home was fabulous. Ten of us including a six and three year old loved the gorgeous well supplied home. The pool and outside entertaining area was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful. Gorgeous flowers, fruit trees and grassy area. Plenty of pool and beach toys and chairs. Loved the Property Manager who was so helpful.

It’s all great.

Luxurious property within beautiful neighborhood. Supremely well-positioned on the island. Property manager was very responsive. This will not fit everyone's budget... but well worth the expense if you can make it happen. Would love a repeat visit!Cullen

Amazing family trip

The house and property were just spectacular, everything about it was top notch. We spent most of our days sitting in the Lanai, swimming in the gorgeous pool/hot tub and cooking in the outdoor dream kitchen. We made memories at this property that will last a lifetime. Lauren the property manager was truly excellent to deal with! I highly recommend staying at the property, you will be blown away!

Beautiful home and amazing views of the ocean

Beautiful home, stunning views and close to a lot of local beaches and activities. The pool and out door kitchen area was amazing for large family gatherings. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was well stocked of appliances and everything that you need to prepare meals. House was stocked with a lot of beach items, perfect for the traveling family. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely home

The house was great. It worked well with all of our families. It is located close by the shops and restaurants. The only thing is the spa was heating but you couldn’t use the jets. The outdoor tv wasn’t working either. The view is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

10 Days in paradise

Beautiful home. Location can not be beat. What made it even more amazing was our contact person for the home. Lauren was in constant contact with us for some minor problems. She returned calls immediately and had them taken care of right away. I would recommend this home and Lauren to anyone who wants to have a hassle free luxury vacation! 😎

Beautiful Home in Kauai

This home is beautiful and created a lovely vacation environment for our family. The pool area is well-appointed and the view of the ocean stunning. Check-in and communication with the property manager was top-notch. The home was well-supplied but could add some spatulas (there was only one metal grilling spatula in the kitchen) and some sheet pans. There were plenty of linens including beach towels and the three beach chairs were certainly appreciated. The laundry was nicely stocked as well. One odd thing did happen during our stay. The home owners arrived on the island and came to remove their vehicle from the attached garage while we were out for dinner without communicating to the property manager (and therefore, us). We were concerned when we returned to the property and found the vehicle missing from the garage and immediately contacted the property manager about its disappearance. We were told the owners came and removed the vehicle from the premises. In the end, all was well.

Your own personal resort

The home has a wonderful pool and beautiful view. We ended up spending a lot of days just at the home taking in ocean views and nature sounds while enjoying the pool. The home is pretty well equipped w/ high end products. Lots of dishes & silverware. They have pots, pans, baking stuff. There is a blender, air fryer, 3 ovens, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. Beds and pillows were good. Property manager is fantastic. Met us at check in and gave us a tour. She had a beautiful flower arrangement for us. She is very easy to communicate with. There was an issue with the hot tub and the pool person came over immediately and fixed the problem. It is inevitable that things will break, but the promptness of addressing issues is what really matters and we have no complaints with service. We stayed with 2 other couples. The following is for those who are planning on a group trip. It is important to note that there is one huge master with large bathroom, freestanding tub and outdoor shower. Next to it is a good sized room with king bed and bathroom with walk in closet. It has a really nice view. It is not comparable to the master, but a solid room. On the other side of the house is the second master. It is smaller than the main master, has walk in closet and also an outdoor shower. The bathroom does not have the same awe factor, but we liked the secondary outdoor shower more than primary master. Just good to note when planning a couples trip.

Awesome Vacation Rental!

This place was amazing. We stayed for 7 days with our family and after being on the island for the first time I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. If your looking for an upper end rental look no further, you won’t be disappointed!
