A little slice of paradise

Perfect place to stay for a couple. Cozy little condo with comfy bed. Front porch has a great view of the beautiful gardens and the back lanai is perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean.

Terrific Location

Spent four days on Kauai and this was a terrific location. Close to several beaches. Great condo in a beautiful tropical setting.

Comfortable Condo

This was a nice, clean condo with a good location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. It has comfortable outdoor space with a small pool, clean grills and picnic area , and a private balcony overlooking a park and the ocean.

Wake with the roosters and watch parakeets' roost

A magical oasis right across the street from the ocean, a wonderful restaurant, and beautiful sunsets. The condo had everything we needed and the balcony off the bedroom had a lovely view. We really appreciated the beach equipment all ready to take on adventures. Highly recommend. Very clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.

Location location location

Centrally located to all of Kauai’s sites. Pretty little koala town, food trucks and grocery store. Lovely pool and surrounding gardens. Kitchen nicely stocked. Rooster’s aplenty. Comfortable bed. Beach equipment. Quiet neighborhood.

Prince Kuhio

Prince Kuhio is one of my favorite places to stay in south Kauai. Easy access to everything and it has a very cool vibe. I don't like the larger condo setups and this location makes it easy to get in and out to your unit.......pool is nice, good laundry facilities and the snorkeling at the local beach was the best this year (2024). Unit 114 was 20 steps to the pool! Clean and well appointed. Will book again! :)

The grounds very very beautiful and maintained nicely. There was beach access across the street. There was garage parking. Unit 114 was very outdated and did not have updated appliances, specifically referring to the kitchen stove. It had burnt on residue on the burners and it looked like the oven had never been cleaned. There were dead bugs adhered to the light and fan area. The linoleum floors were very very dirty. There were gouges in the walls in the bathroom vanity area. The tile in the shower, especially the grout was very dirty and had never really been serviced properly. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate. Consequently, I just gave up and used the faucet without activating the overhead shower fixture. There was no air conditioning, only one fan. The curtain panels in the bedroom were dirty with visible black spots on them. Some panels appeared to have mold stains although I don’t know if that was mold or not. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The host was responsive and sent communication the entire stay.

Great stay!

This was a spacious and lovely property. It had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I did forget that that there was no air conditioning, but the cross breeze was amazing and helped so much! I am a bit of a couch potato, so for me, the couch could use a bit more cushioning, but it was seriously fine - I just sit for long periods of time. Again, not a problem, but maybe a thought for future - I love to sleep in the dark so black-out drapes are my friend, but I know some people don't care for that. The morning sun comes directly into the bedroom (at least at this time of year) and it's early and super bright. I wore a sleep mask - no worries. Chickens are typical but I like them so I don't mind and I sleep with white noise... I loved that it was right by the Beach House restaurant and close to stores and food. I'd stay again!

Amazing Stay In Kauai

Right across from the beach with a great balcony view for morning tea or evening star gazing. Love the location and style of the unit. Gives welcoming tropical vibes. I highly recommend staying here.
