Poipu Pili Mai 4 Bedroom Condo with Ocean Views, Pool & Golf Course Access

  • This is a 3 story building with our 2 story unit located on second and third floors with entry to condo up a flight of stairs. We have four bedrooms, 2 on the second story (the condo's main floor) which are Master suites. While upstairs on the third floor there are two more bedrooms each with 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted into King beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. It has lots of extras to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning in our condo is truly Central AC which makes it super quiet and efficient, not the ductless/wall mount/mini-splits which are not as quiet.

    The condo is adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course with a view of the 9th fairway and a distant ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Close to beaches (12 minute walk) and restaurants (Poipu Shopping Village).

    Our resort has pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The one car garage also is filled with beach equipment (6 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, a couple small kick boards, noodles) and rolling cooler.

    There are plenty of Barbeques scattered over the premises available for guests to use, including a couple around the pool area for a relaxing BBQ and swim with family and friends.

Wow stay in Kauai!!

Stayed here with chosen family; total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We loved the layout as it gave everyone plenty of space and bathroom access. Pool, hot tub, fitness facility, lanai, everything was awesome. It was by far our best short term rental ever!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Immaculate, well-appointed, great floorplan

We had a terrific stay at Pili Mai 9B. It’s immaculately kept, everything feels new, is comfortable, and was the perfect floorplan for two families to share. Good location in Poipu, walkable to some shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this condo.

Everything we wanted and more !

This condo was wonderful ! Very roomy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai as a great place to hang out, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for a restful stay. Janice and Bret were excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure our time there was as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend this property and hosts to anyone that wants a great vacation in Kaua'i.

This condo was the best equipped and maintained of those we've stayed in over many years, and the owners were very responsive to any and all concerns that we raised. We'd love to come back again. Outstanding!
