Luxury Air Conditioned 3BR Kauai Resort Condo

Spacious 3 bedroom Regency condominium in the Poipu Kai resort- minutes walking distance from beautiful Poipu (10), Shipwrecks/Keoneloa (12) and Brennecke's (7) beaches on Kauai's sunny south shore. Double corner unit (windows on 3 sides) with vaulted ceilings in living area and master bedroom. On top (2nd) floor in 4 unit building. Three full bathrooms, full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, wifi/internet, flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, two lanais. Central air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. A virtual tour of the entire condo is included in the photo section above. Immediately adjacent to one of three available pools. Reserved parking spot included.

Resort tennis court access- 5 min walk. Golf and other south shore attractions within short driving distance. Ideal central location from which to explore all of Kauai's beauty.

Access to the private Poipu Beach Athletic Club (poipuclub.com) is included for everyone staying at Regency 721 for the duration of your stay.

Graco Pack 'n Play available upon request for $5/night.

Helpful on-island staff to assist you with any condo related questions/needs prior to and during your stay, as well as, any questions/suggestions to make your Kauai stay fabulous.

Beautiful property… very clean, beds are comfortable and AC works great. Couldn’t ask for a better location … short walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beach, gated pool with hot tub on property. Hans and Vicki were great to us! Really helped us out dealing with flight delays on the way home. Best vacation I’ve ever had!

The condo was very spacious & clean and well stocked with almost anything you could ever need: shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers. laundry & dish soap, pool & beach toys, etc. It was a short walk to the beach along a walkway landscaped with beautiful flowering trees and plants. We would be happy to stay there again!

Great property. Loved how pool was next to building and restaurants in walking distance.Could have used a bit more cleaning. The main bathroom tub did not get cleaned or the rugs in that bathroom. Never used stove or oven but looks like they were missed as well.

Overall great stay! It was really close to some nearby shops/food and a short walk to the beach to view some great sunsets/sunrises. We would for sure stay here again. Hans and the property group was helpful whenever we had questions as well.

Beautiful condo in a prime location

Just got back to Ohio and am already missing this amazing place! The 3 bedrooms are super spacious and the living areas and kitchen are well equipped. There are so many walking paths and to the 3 beaches and to an amazing hiking trail off ship wreck beach. Poipu beach turtles do NOT disappoint! Please eat at Keikos Paradise and get coffee from The Little Fish! Book this place asap!

Enjoyed our stay!!

Property is surrounded by palms and blossoming plants, 10 steps to cozy pooljacuzzi. Rooms are spacious, balconies are great for morning coffees. Having A/C is definitely a great thing, we used it few times when it was too hot outside. Number and sizes of bedrooms worked perfectly well for us, each bedroom has it's own bathroom (bathtub or shower). Beds are comfy. Spacious main room with big and comfy sofa, for the family to gather and relax together. Large kitchen/dining area. Dishwasher had a problem but managing company arranged to get it fixed very promptly. All communication with host and managing company was easy and pleasant, the responses were coming back very prompt! Walking distance (10-15 mins) to the beaches on the nicely maintained lands. Visitor parking spots were always available for our 2nd car. My rating in 4.5 - for few things that would make our stay even better (and I do realize those things may not be a "thing" for other potential guests!) We are tea lovers, and having a tea kettle would make our stay more joyful. Also, for kitchen, having ziplocks and plastic wrap would help to manage food at premises (these things were always available in other rents I used). I also rate cleanliness as 4.5 - floors under the beds and furniture could have been vacuumed better, and shower curtain (inner one) in the 2nd floor bathroom does require a replacement. In overall, we've enjoyed our stay and would come back next time on Kauai!

This is our favorite community to stay when in Poipu. This condo was perfect distance to both Poipu and Shipwrecks. Condo was clean and spacious.

The PERFECT location!

If you are traveling to Kauai, there is truly no better place you can stay than here! The condo itself is very comfortable, which is great after a long day of play. Close walking distance to two of the best beaches on Kauai (Shipwreck, and Po’ipu). Close to Koloa, and very easy access to the rest of the island. The hosts are great communicators, and quick to respond to inquiries). This will be the first place we look when we are ready to come back again.

Holiday on Kauai

This unit is in Poipu walking distance to the beach. Being a condo rather than a resort, I felt free to explore the area. Old Koloa town is fantastic and minutes away. Break-Feast is a must try. Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach the Puka Dog lives up to the hype. Merrimans was delicious and there is so much more. Unit has kitchen and washer dryer. Beds and linens are very nice. Very close to highway and airport. Great host and facilities

Overall great

The condo was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and just a short walk from Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. Only four stars because someone entered the property during our stay - without any kind of communication or advance notice - to leave the owner’s Amazon packages in the kitchen closet. If they had asked, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but they never bothered to let us know.
